A Short Note of Self-evaluation conceing the Rate of Progress in  the Course Advanced Writing I am obliged to the course _ examples, exercises_ for the process help me experience a different type of writing, lead me to narrow down my ideas, and force me to find better collocations and structures in order to better communicate my meaning in a simultaneously iovative and organised style.I generally describe my fields of progress regarding the course purposes , and Mark them using such labels as "unchanged", "slightly changed", “positively changed” and "remarkably changed"  as below:1. Exposure to academic writing basics (I.e. to become acquainted with different kinds of paragraphs, definitions and rules) :  remarkably changed2. Maintenance of coherence in paragraphs and in style : slightly changed3. Observing unity: positively changed 4. Expertise in appropriate structures and vocabulary: positively changed 5. Dear Dr Anani,Following the syllabus for the course Advanced Writing, I have written the cover letter to explain to you what  course works I have posted on my weblog during the  semester.A short piece of writing about observations was probably the first post, followed by a 3 paragraph essay on academic writing wich has been commented on by you and afterwars revised by me. The next posts can be referred to in a rather chronological order: my  autobiography, two narrative paragraphs (a past and a present one), two descriptive paragraphs (I have written three), one expository paragraph, two other essays (expository, comparison/contrast), a note on self-evaluation,  and this letter itself.
